  • 1 pound Italian Sausage
  • 1 jar (large 66 Oz. Size) Ragu Onion And Garlic Sauce
  • 9 Tablespoons Butter
  • 9 Tablespoons Flour
  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • 4 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • 9 whole Lasagna Noodles

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Brown the sausage, and add the Ragu sauce.

    Melt butter, the whisk in the flour.

    It will become a ball.

    Whisk in milk, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.

    It can burn easily at this stage.

    Boil and stir for 1 minute.

    Take off of heat, and stir in one cup of cheese.

    In a 13x9 pan, spread a thin layer of Ragu (to prevent sticking).

    Lay down three noodles, then a third of the white sauce, a third of the red sauce and one cup of cheese.

    Repeat two more times.

    Bake uncovered 30 minutes, then cover and bake for 15 minutes.

    Let sit for 15 minutes, then serve.
