- Ragu tomato and herb sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. ground round
- lasagna noodles
- shredded fat-free Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Start with Ragu.

2Add tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.

3Brown ground round in skillet until done.

4Drain very well.

5I use a paper towel to pat meat to absorb all the fat.

6Add to sauce.

7Cook lasagna noodles as directed and drain.

8In a 13 x 9-inch pan alternate noodles, meat mixture and Mozzarella cheese.

9Continue until you have used all mixture, finish on top with your Mozzarella cheese.

10Bake, covered, for about 35 minutes.

11There are 8 to 6 grams of fat per serving. Serve with a garden salad and Italian bread sticks.
