- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, chopped
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- pinch onion salt
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 large container cottage cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella/cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain meat.

2Combine onion, garlic, tomato sauce, onion salt and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes.

3Cook noodles and drain, spread light layer of meat sauce in 9 x 13 dish and then layer noodles and sauce and cheeses.

4Save a little cottage cheese to spread on top before baking

5in a 350 degree oven
