- Mozzarella and Romano cheese
- 1 1/2 stalks celery
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder, salt and pepper
Directions

1Grate large chunk of Mozzarella and Romano cheese; set aside. Brown in skillet celery, onion and ground beef.

2Mix in saucepan tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

3Add meat mixture to sauce and simmer 3 hours.

4Cook lasagna noodles.

5Spread 1/3 sauce in large baking dish.

6Put layer of noodles over sauce.

7Sprinkle cheese over noodles. Repeat and top with grated cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
