- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 carton (12 oz.) cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 8 lasagna noodles, raw
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Microwave ground beef 7 minutes on High.

2Drain.

3Add Ragu sauce; microwave on High 5 more minutes.

4In small mixing bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs.

5Using a 3-quart dish, layer 1 1/4 cups beef/sauce mixture, 4 lasagna noodles, 1/2 egg mixture, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.

6Repeat one more time, reserving a little sauce to top last layer of noodles.

7Top with Parmesan cheese.

8Cover with lid or waxed paper.

9Microwave on High 8 minutes, then reduce power 50% and cook another 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
