- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 large onion
- grated carrot
- 12 oz. can tomato paste
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 tsp. basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- water
- 1 pt. tomato
- small cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 3 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain first 3 ingredients, then add next 8 ingredients and simmer for 1 hour on low.

2Mix cottage cheese and 1 egg together.

3Then layer noodles, sauce and cottage cheese. Layer again.

4Cook 45 minutes at 350°.
