- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. coarsely grated carrot
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Saute onion, garlic and ginger in butter in a large skillet 2 minutes.

2Add cabbage and carrot; stir-fry over medium heat about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

3Stir in soy sauce, pepper and paprika.
