- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 (1 lb.) box lasagna noodles
- 1 large carton cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Drain.

3Add spices, tomato paste and tomatoes.

4Allow to simmer while cooking lasagna noodles.

5Don't overcook noodles.

6(I like to slightly undercook, the noodles handle better.)

7Add vinegar to water for noodles.

8This will help the noodles from sticking together.

9Layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan or larger, ending with sauce on top.

10Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until bubbly.
