- 2 qt. tomatoes
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 egg
- Ricotta cheese
- lasagna noodles (large pkg.)
- 2 lb. ground beef, cooked
- 2 buttons garlic
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine beef, tomatoes, garlic, onions, tomato paste and bay leaves.

2Cook until onions are tender.

3Add parsley and basil; simmer for 1 hour.

4Cook lasagna noodles.

5Shred Mozzarella cheese.

6Combine egg and Ricotta, salt and pepper.

7Add Parmesan cheese.

8Alternate sauce with lasagna noodles and cheese mixture in greased baking dish.

9Bake for 1 hour at 325°.

10Will serve 12 people.
