- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 qt. Ragu sauce with mushrooms
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions in skillet, stirring until crumbly.

2Pour off drippings.

3Add Ragu sauce, mixing well and simmering.

4Combine cottage cheese, eggs and Mozzarella cheese in bowl, mixing until smooth.

5Layer noodles, sauce and cheese mixture alternately in 9 x 13-inch baking dish until all ingredients are used.

6Top with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake, covered, at 325°

9Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
