Wrapped Herb Chicken

  • 6 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
  • 6 Tbsp. chives, tarragon or chervil (any fresh herb), chopped
  • 3/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 6 tsp. onion powder or to taste
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Place chicken on a large sheet of foil. Top each piece with 1 tablespoon herbs, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon parsley.

    Fold foil tightly around the chicken with double folds on each edge.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
