Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can prime stake, cubed
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced thin

Directions

    Brown onion, garlic and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons oil.

    Add prime stake, water from mushrooms and tomato sauce.

    Simmer for 15 minutes.

    Cook noodles; arrange in buttered baking dish.

    Layer noodles, sliced cheeses and sauce mixture.

    Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with sauce.

    Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.

    Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
