- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 16 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown beef with onion.

2Add garlic, oregano, soup, water and vinegar.

3Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Spread some sauce in shallow roasting pan (10 1/2 x 15-inch).

5Arrange 4 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

8Makes 8 to 10 servings.
