- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (1 lb. can) tomato puree
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 10 oz. lasagna noodles
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown meat slowly.

2Spoon off excess fat.

3Add next 5 ingredients.

4Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.

5Stir occasionally. Cook noodles until tender, drain and rinse.

6Beat eggs.

7Add remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella.

8Layer 1/2 noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

9Spread with 1/2 Ricotta filling; add 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat sauce.

10Repeat.

11Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes.
