- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown beef with garlic powder; pour off fat.

2Combine tomato sauce, onion and spices with beef; simmer for 1 hour.

3While simmering, cook 8 pieces of lasagna; cool.

4Layer lasagna, sauce, Parmesan, Mozzarella and Ricotta in order.

5Do not put any Mozzarella or Ricotta on the top layer.

6Bake at 325° until bubbling in the middle (about 1/2 hour).

7Remove from oven; cover the top with Mozzarella.

8Bake at 325° until golden.

9Eat and pig out.

10Serve with garlic bread and Caesar salad.
