- 1 large Ragu sauce
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook meat and sauce.

2Cook noodles according to directions on package.

3Drain.

4Blend Ricotta cheese with egg and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.

5In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, spread about 1/2 cup sauce; over this, layer 1/3 of noodles, half of Ricotta cheese mixture and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.

6Cover with sauce; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

7Repeat.

8Top with remaining noodles; cover generously with sauce and remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

9Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
