- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork sausage
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped celery
- 12 oz. can tomato paste
- 3 c. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese (more is better)
Directions

1Brown meat together.

2Place in a large kettle (about 4 quart size), than brown garlic, onions, and celery until tender and add to the meat, add tomato paste, water and seasonings.

3Blend well, cover and simmer 1 hour.

4Drain off fat when done.
