  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 qt. spaghetti sauce
  • 2 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    In large bowl, combine onion soup with water.

    Add beef; mix thoroughly.

    In skillet, brown mixture; stir in sauce.

    In two 3-quart oblong baking dishes, spoon sauce to cover bottom. Alternately layer noodles, cheese and sauce, forming three layers. Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

    Makes 2 lasagnas.
