  • 6 green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Slice tops off pepper, remove seeds.
