  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese
  • 15 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 15 oz. jar Ragu traditional sauce
  • 15 oz. box of lasagna noodles

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Brown and drain ground beef.
  3. 3
    Cook noodles till tender.

    Mix mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and parsley flakes all together.

    Mix ground beef and Ragu sauce and cook till hot.

    In a 13x9x2-inch pan spread a layer of ground beef and sauce on the bottom of pan.

    Then put a layer of noodles. Then spread out layer of cheese mixture, another layer of noodles, then the rest of meat and sauce mixture on top of noodles.

    Cook at 400° for 50 minutes.

    Take out and spread mozzarella cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
