  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 16 ounces, weight Cottage Or Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked Macaroni Noodles
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • Pepper To Taste

    Brown ground beef with minced garlic added.

    Drain.

    Add parsely, basil, oregano,pepper and tomato sauce.

    Bring to a boil, and then simmer while cooking macaroni noodles.

    When pasta is almost done (al dente), drain and add to the meat sauce.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in cottage cheese and spread evenly in a greased 9x13 casserole dish.

    Spread mozzarella evenly on top, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes or till cheese is melted.
