- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 lb. ground round
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. Romano cheese
- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 box lasagne noodles
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in olive oil.

2Add ground round and brown.

3Mash garlic with a small pinch of salt.

4Add to meat.

5Add water, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, chili powder, pepper and salt.

6Simmer for about 15 minutes.

7While sauce cooks, prepare noodles.

8Leave them in water.
