  • 67 Ritz crackers, crushed real fine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 sticks oleo, melted
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 6 oz. frozen orange juice (do not thaw)
  • 2 cans Mandarin oranges, well drained and each cut in half

    Set Eagle Brand milk in refrigerator overnight.

    Put in mixer bowl and

    4 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip and frozen orange juice.

    in Mandarin oranges. Mix crackers, sugar and oleo together.

    Save 3/4 cup for topping.

    Pat crackers in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour orange mixture in and sprinkle rest of crackers on top. Refrigerate.
