- 1 1/4 lb. ground meat
- 2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes (Italian-style)
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 7 to 8 lasagne noodles
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Brown ground meat.

2Drain.

3Add tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer for 30 minutes.

4While waiting, beat 2 eggs.

5Add to cottage cheese.

6Add oregano and salt; set aside.

7Cook noodles until tender.

8Place half of noodles in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

9Add meat mixture over noodles, then cottage cheese mixture, then Mozzarella cheese; repeat.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

11Let set about 15 minutes before serving.
