Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 pkg. spaghetti Lawry's sauce mix
  • 24 oz. V-8 juice
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 small can blended tomatoes
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 2 (6 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box narrow lasagne noodles (uncooked)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. water

    Brown hamburger.

    Drain off fat.

    Add Lawry's sauce mix, V-8 juice, tomato sauce and tomatoes.

    Bring to boil; simmer 20 minutes.

    Put small amount of oil in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Put meat sauce on bottom, then noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

    Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Let sit 15 minutes before cutting.
