  • 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey), browned
  • 1 large jar thick and chunky spaghetti sauce
  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 to 10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 9 to 12 lasagne noodles (uncooked)

Directions

    Combine meat and spaghetti sauce.

    Combine cheeses and eggs. Place small amount of meat sauce mixture in ovenware bowl.

    Place a layer of egg-cheese mixture over meat sauce.

    Add a layer of noodles.

    Continue alternating layers of meat sauce, cheese mixture and noodles, ending with meat sauce.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
