- 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey), browned
- 1 large jar thick and chunky spaghetti sauce
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 to 10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 9 to 12 lasagne noodles (uncooked)
Directions

1Combine meat and spaghetti sauce.

2Combine cheeses and eggs. Place small amount of meat sauce mixture in ovenware bowl.

3Place a layer of egg-cheese mixture over meat sauce.

4Add a layer of noodles.

5Continue alternating layers of meat sauce, cheese mixture and noodles, ending with meat sauce.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

7Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
