- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (1 lb. ) can (2 c.) tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans (1 1/3 c.) tomato paste
- 10 oz. lasagne or wide noodles
- 2 (12 oz.) cartons large curd cream-style cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin and in strips
Directions

1Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.

2Add next six ingredients to meat.

3Simmer, uncovered, until thick (45 minutes to 1 hour), stirring occasionally.

4Cook noodles in boiling water (salted) until tender; drain and rinse in cold water.
