- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1/2 c. ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 (15 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 16 oz. box lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
Directions

1Brown meat in oil in saucepan; add garlic and onion.

2Saute until meat is no longer pink, approximately 10 minutes.

3Add spaghetti sauce and parsley; cook 15 to 20 minutes.

4In medium bowl, combine Ricotta, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.

5Spread 1 cup meat sauce in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

6Layer 1/4 of noodles and 1/3 of meat sauce; repeat 2 times.

7Top with cheese and meat sauce.

8Cover and bake at 375° for 35 minutes.

9Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
