  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. broad lasagne noodles
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 (12 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Heat olive oil in skillet, add ground beef and garlic.

    Brown in oil.

    Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.

    Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles in rapidly boiling salted water about 15 minutes or until tender.

    Drain.

    Fill a casserole or loaf pan with alternate layers of noodles, cheese, tomato-meat sauce and Parmesan cheese, ending with a layer of tomato-meat sauce and cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until it is firm.
