- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 9 lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 (12 oz.) cartons cottage cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown the ground beef, drain, add sauce and simmer.

2Cook and drain lasagne noodles.

3Heat oven to 350°.

4Mix cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and the oregano.

5Reserve 1/2 cup meat sauce for thin top layer.
