- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown beef with onion and garlic.

2Drain.

3Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt.

4Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Preheat oven to 350°.

6Cook lasagne noodles according to package instructions.

7Mix cottage cheese, parsley, eggs and Mozzarella cheese.
