  • 1 (1 lb.) box lasagne noodles
  • 1 (32 oz.) Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 to 4 c. tomato sauce with meat
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles in salted, boiling water until tender; drain. Combine Ricotta, eggs, pepper, nutmeg, parsley and Mozzarella. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; add a layer of noodles, 1/2 Ricotta mixture and half of meat sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. Repeat layers.

    Top with remaining meat sauce and Parmesan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
