- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic.

2Drain grease.

3Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt.

4Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

5Preheat oven to 350°.

6Cook lasagne noodles.

7Mix parsley flakes, eggs, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese together.

8In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, layer noodles, meat and cheese mixture.

9Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

10Bake for 45 minutes.
