- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 qt. Italian sauce (for pasta)
- oregano
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
- 10 slices American cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. pepperoni, thinly sliced
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion in oil.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Drain grease.

4Add ground beef to Italian pasta sauce.

5Add some oregano and simmer for 1/2 hour.

6While it simmers, boil noodles in boiling salted water about 15 minutes; drain them.

7Fill a 9 x 15-inch pan with alternate layers of noodles, cheese, tomato-meat sauce and pepperoni, ending with noodles and sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

8Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.
