- 2 lb. shredded cabbage
- 2 small sliced zucchini
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 4 c. grated Jack cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 12 lasagne noodles
Directions

1Core, trim and shred cabbage.

2Trim and thinly slice squash. In a large skillet, saute cabbage for 10 minutes in hot oil.

3Add squash and cook an additional 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
