- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups cold water
- 1-1/2 cups dark sweet cherries, halved, pitted
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Directions

1Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min.

2until completely dissolved.

3Stir in cold water.

4Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.

5Reserve 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; set aside at room temperature.

6Stir cherries into remaining gelatin; spoon into 6-cup mold or bowl sprayed with cooking spray.

7Refrigerate 15 min.

8or until set but not firm.

9Whisk COOL WHIP into reserved gelatin until well blended.

10Spoon over gelatin layer in mold.

11Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

12Unmold before serving.
