  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 medium Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding with 3 1/2 c. cold milk (or 1 large instant pudding with 2 1/2 c. cold milk)

Directions

    Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.

    Fold in half the whipped topping; spread over crust.

    Using 3 1/2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package.

    Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight.

    Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.

    Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts, if desired.

    (You may also substitute pistachio, lemon or butterscotch flavors of pudding.)
