- 1 1/2 tsp. dry active yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Stir in flour and oil.

3Knead on slightly floured board for 3 minutes.

4Place dough in buttered bowl, turn to butter top, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

5Punch down and on floured surface roll into size of your pizza pan.

6Bake at 425° oven for 5 minutes.

7Add your pizza toppings, then bake for up to 10 minutes more or until cheese melts.
