- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- large Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- nuts
Directions

1Mix together first 3 ingredients and press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.

3Cream cheese with powdered sugar.

4Add 1/3 large container of Cool Whip.

5Spread on cooled crust.

6Add milk to pudding.

7Beat until thick.

8Spread over creamy mixture.

9Cover pudding layer with remaining Cool Whip and nuts.
