- 4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced or diced
- lettuce (bite size)
- sugar
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 or 2 sweet onions
- mayonnaise
- Swiss cheese
Directions

1Place one layer, in a Pyrex dish, of spinach, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2Crumble on bacon.

3Next, add eggs.

4Place on a layer of lettuce, salt and pepper to taste.

5Add peas, then onions.

6Cover with mayonnaise, seal at edge with mayonnaise.

7Top with cheese.

8Cover tightly with Saran Wrap and refrigerate several hours.
