  • 1 qt. lettuce, shredded
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
