Ingredients
- lettuce
- cauliflower, cut in small pieces
- purple onion, chopped
- green pepper, chopped
- lettuce
- celery, chopped
- broccoli, cut in small pieces
- black pepper
- 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
- frozen green peas
- Louisiana Red Hot
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Layer all ingredients beginning and ending with lettuce.

2I usually put 2 layers of all vegetables.

3Mix mayonnaise, black pepper and Red Hot to taste.

4Should be spicy.

5Spread over top of vegetables.

6Cover completely with no lettuce showing.

7Top with cheese.

8Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

9Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

10Refrigerate 6 hours or more before serving.

11This takes a while to make and I find it's really easy to make several at one time, keep one and take the others as treats for friends.
