Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and rinsed
  • 1 pkg. dry Italian dressing
  • 6 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 pt. salad dressing
  • cut green onions
  • paprika

Directions

    Shred lettuce and place in bottom of 9 x 12-inch dish.

    Cover with eggs.

    Add salt, pepper and peas.

    Sprinkle with Italian dressing.

    Add bacon and cheese.

    Cover completely with salad dressing or mayonnaise.

    Keep in refrigerator 24 hours before serving.
