- 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
- 1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans, drained
- 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 3 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1-1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small avocado, peeled, chopped and tossed in 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Tortilla chips
Directions

1Combine refried beans, drained pinto beans, taco seasoning mix, pepper sauce and water in medium skillet.

2Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often.

3Cool slightly.

4Spread bean mixture onto large platter.

5Spoon sour cream evenly over beans and sprinkle with cheese.

6Garnish with tomato and avocado.

7Chill 1 hour.
