  • 1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes

Directions

    Boil cabbage until tender; drain.

    Layer in 9 x 13-inch dish. Brown hamburg; drain off fat.

    Stir rice in with hamburg, then spread over cabbage.

    In food processor, blend whole tomatoes. Pour blended tomatoes over rice and hamburg mixture.

    Cover dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
