Lazy Rice Cabbage Rolls

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 5 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 onion
  • 19 ounces sauerkraut, drained

    Cook rice as you normally would.

    Saute bacon and onion together until onion is soft and clear.

    Turn into 2 quart casserole dish.
