- 8 medium egg yolks
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 water
Directions

1In a saucepan, mix sugar and water.

2Bring to a boil until the sugar caramelized.

3Pour caramelized sugar into aluminim moulds (any shape or size).

4Let it cool and set aside.

5In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, condensed milk and fresh milk well by hand or by blender.

6Pour the mixture on top of the caramel on the aluminum mould about 2inches thick.

7Cover it with aluminum foil and steam for 40 minutes.

8Let cool then refrigerate.
