  • 8 medium egg yolks
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 water

Directions

    In a saucepan, mix sugar and water.

    Bring to a boil until the sugar caramelized.

    Pour caramelized sugar into aluminim moulds (any shape or size).

    Let it cool and set aside.

    In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, condensed milk and fresh milk well by hand or by blender.

    Pour the mixture on top of the caramel on the aluminum mould about 2inches thick.

    Cover it with aluminum foil and steam for 40 minutes.

    Let cool then refrigerate.
