- 1 2/3 cups wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons oat flakes
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- salt

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin grounded
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 3/4 ounces grated cheese
- 5/8 cup milk
