- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 6 -7 cups flour
Directions

1Rice the potatoes.

2Add all but flour and mix well.

3Cool to room temp and refrigerate overnight.

4Next day add flour and make into balls.

5Refrigerate and take as needed.

6Set grill at 500.

7Roll out and grill on both sides.

8Cool and freeze.
