- 8 c. riced potatoes, packed well (rice several times until smooth)
- 6 Tbsp. canned milk
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. (scant) flour
Directions

1Mix all together except flour.

2Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

3Just before you are ready to bake add flour and roll very thin.

4Use 1/2 cup dough or less for each lefse.

5Bake at 450° or 500° on lefse grill.

6Turn once.
