Ingredients

  • 8 c. riced potatoes, packed well (rice several times until smooth)
  • 6 Tbsp. canned milk
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. (scant) flour

Directions

    Mix all together except flour.

    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

    Just before you are ready to bake add flour and roll very thin.

    Use 1/2 cup dough or less for each lefse.

    Bake at 450° or 500° on lefse grill.

    Turn once.
